At this time the following services are unavailable:
• Appointment reminders – scheduled reminders will be queued and will send once service is restored
• Log in to Patient Care Messaging – users will not be able to send campaigns or adjust settings
• Appointment booking, and medication reminders in myGP
All scheduled appointment reminders will be sent once service has been restored.
We will send a further update once the issue has been resolved.
