Patient Care Messaging and myGP Unavailable - 12th June 2017 Posted on 12 Jun 2017

At this time the following services are unavailable:


•    Appointment reminders – scheduled reminders will be queued and will send once service is restored
•    Log in to Patient Care Messaging – users will not be able to send campaigns or adjust settings
•    Appointment booking,  and medication reminders in myGP

All scheduled appointment reminders will be sent once service has been restored. 

We will send a further update once the issue has been resolved.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and please be assured we are working to bring service back online as quickly as possible.
